Between February 1st and April 30th 2007, OTP Bank Romania promotes the mortgage loan for house or terrain acquisition, said the bank in a statement.
Especially for this promotion, OTP Bank Romania extended the maximum return period of the mortgage loan in RON, from the current maximum 30 years to 35 years and also for EUR and CHF from the current maximum 25 years to 35 years. During the promotion period, the age limit for credit return will increase from 65 years to 70 years.
The mortgage loan from OTP Bank Romania has a 2% commission from the approved loan and an interest rate of only 5.5% in CHF, 7.5% in EUR and 8.5% in RON. OTP Bank Romania does not perceive any cash withdrawal commission when for the amounts coming from the given credit. A life insurance is mandatory only when the person exceeds 65 years old at the maturity period of the loan.
Furthermore, during the 3- month promotion period, each client who is granted a mortgage loan for house or terrain acquisition from OTP Bank Romania will be automatically participate in a promotion lucky draw, where he/she will have the chance to win 12 prizes consisting of household appliances in value of 5,000 lei (VAT included) each, and a Toyota Avensis automobile worth 18,000 euro (VAT included).
This prizes are awarded only in the situation when the mortgage loan approved, was use by the clients during the promotion period. The promotion regulation “A small installment for a big house” is public on our site, www.otpbank.ro, starting from February 1st 2007.
