Located in Victoria Square, the new unit hosts a regular banking office open from 9am to 6pm and an automatic self-banking area in the same space. The regular office offers banking services to both individuals and companies. The self-banking area is dedicated exclusively to individuals and allows deposit and withdrawal operations, currency exchange, inter and intra-bank transfers and bill payments in cash, by card or from a bank account.
Besides, customers have access to an interactive device on which they can simulate credits and make on-line credit card demands. The area is also provided with a phone connected to the BRD call-center where the bank’s advisors can answer customers’ questions.
