KSI Kasolvenzia Romania offers pre–legal debt collection services for both retail and commercial accounts. The company also offers the full range of legal services, including execution, through its country wide network of partners. International debts are handled through a world wide network of more than 70 international partners.
Besides offering receivable management services, KSI Kasolvenzia Romania also actively purchase portfolios of debts, especially for credits given to retail market.
The client base includes companies like Avon, Oriflame, Connex, Orange, Banca Tiriac, Credisson, Garanta and Asiban.

The EOS Group
With more than 2000 employees around the world, the EOS Group is one of the leading financial services companies in Europe. In its three business units of receivables management, information management and cash flow management, the EOS Group generated sales of EUR 194 million in the financial year 2003/2004. In the process, the sales generated by the EOS Group, which belongs to the Otto Group, were recorded using the international accounting standard IAS/IFRS for the first time. This means that while they comply with the future requirements of the international capital market, they are not directly comparable with the previous sales figures announced by the EOS Group. The gross sales according to German commercial law (HGB) that were published in the last financial year amounted to EUR 212 million. The comparable figure for gross sales this year corresponds to EUR 215 million. The EOS Group has thus asserted itself well in a difficult environment.
Europe Matrix Financial Services
With a workforce of around 230, Europe Matrix Financial Services offers financial services in the receivables management segment on the south-eastern European market. After being founded in 2001, the company was able to establish itself quickly on the Greek market. Financial institutions such as the National Bank of Greece and EFG Eurobank Ergasias, as well as retail and trading companies, are prominent among its customers.
