According the representatives of the two institutions, the loan has a maturity of 15 years and will be used for credits with similar maturities. The sums would be available to municipalities with less than 150,000 inhabitants for renovation and modernization projects of infrastructure, environment and financial management. The projects would benefit from consultancy services at the charge of the PHARE program.
