Erste Bank Serbia enlarges its management board. In addition to Chairman Sava Dalbokov and Member Jasna Terziæ, responsible for Retail, Slavko Cariæ has now taken up his post as Vice-Chairman of the Management Board. He is responsible for the development of the corporate client business, said the bank in a statement.
During his professional career Slavko Cariæ has founded several successful companies in the sales and finance sector. Before joining Erste Bank Serbia he was CEO of the leading Serbian brokerage and investment house SYNERGY CAPITAL. Mr. Cariæ has extensive knowledge of the Serbian corporate banking environment, which will substantially contribute to further expanding the corporate business in Serbia. Slavko Cariæ was born in Novi Sad in 1971. He is married with two children.
Bernadett Tátrai, Board member at Erste Bank Hungary responsible for Retail banking, is leaving Erste Bank at the end of February. She will be replaced – subject to the approval by the Shareholders at the bank’s annual general meeting in April 2007 – by Imre Sztanó.
Imre Sztanó has worked for the Erste Bank Group since 1997. He participated in the privatisation of Postabank and played a leading role in drafting the strategic cooperation with Magyar Posta. Over the past two years he was Head of the Strategic Management Division at Erste Bank Hungary. Imre Sztanó was born in Budapest in 1974. He is married with two children.
