The building is located in Cluj-Napoca and was sold for 4.4 million euros excluding Value Added Tax (VAT).
Robert Rekkers, the bank’s general director, stated that the acquisition of the building expresses the bank’s need for space and relates to the expansion of BT’s activity.
RomTelecom organized an auction for which it established a minimum level of the offer which stood at 3.5 million euros.
