The new branch offers to individual clients and legal entities, a wide range of products and services: current accounts, treasury operations, credit facilities, deposits, saving instruments, very advantageous house and personal need loans, VISA debit cards and MasterCard credit cards, Western Union services, etc. The new branch also has an exchange office and an automatic teller machine (ATM).

Banca Romaneasca has a share capital of over Euro 112 million. The branch network expansion is scheduled to continue and reach 95 units by the first quarter of 2007.

In November 2003, National Bank of Greece Group (NBG) acquired the majority stake in Banca Romaneasca holding at present 88.7 % of its share capital. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) holds 10,17% of the bank share capital.
