The official said it was a solution that allowed the rapid development of the distribution channels, the increase of the market share and of the profitability per employee, while reducing investment costs in the territorial units.
The first franchise partnership was closed with Euro Expert Consulting Business SRL, a company founded in 2005.
The new units are expected to broker credits worth an average of 2.5 million euros per year. These units will provide consultancy services for obtaining bank credits but also leasing products and services through VB leasing and insurance products through Generali Asigurari.
To obtain the franchise the contracting partners must fulfill a series of conditions including a good location. Franchisees will pay a tax depending on the volume of the activities carried out. All expenses related to the partnership incur to the franchisee while the bank along with VB Leasing and Generali Asigurari will provide training for their personnel.
